Shifting Business for Good
Proudly B Corp
As a company certified under the international B Corp standard, we are committed to considering all stakeholders in our operations and decision-making, while contributing positively to society and the environment. This commitment is also embedded in our Articles of Association.
We are part of the B Corp community, which promotes global systemic change. Together with businesses, organizations, and consumers, it seeks to build a more just and equitable future. B Corp is founded on the principle of Using business as a force for good — the idea that business should be used to create positive impact.
The operating philosophy of Impact Agency Fabrik is built on this same principle. In line with our mission, we help companies transform their business operations into more responsible ones and communicate their actions and achievements in a transparent and engaging way. We approach our work — and the changes we pursue together with our clients — with a long-term and strategic mindset. We believe that we have both a remarkable opportunity and a significant responsibility to help build a better direction for the world.

Our commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion
Fabrik is committed to promoting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in all of its operations. We believe that sustainable and responsible business is built in an environment where every person is treated as valued, respected, and equal.
This commitment guides Fabrik’s policies, decision-making, and practices across the full scope of our operations. It applies to our own work community and operational activities, our client work and partnerships, as well as our role as part of the surrounding community and society.
In our operations and work community, we strive to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are seen as a strength. We do not accept discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate treatment in any form, and we continuously develop our practices to strengthen equity and inclusion.
With clients and partners, we act fairly, respectfully, and responsibly. We strive to ensure that our services, communications, and collaboration take into account the needs of different people and communities and do not reinforce discriminatory structures or harmful practices.
As a member of the community and society, we aim through our work to promote broader justice, inclusion, and positive change. We believe that responsible business does not stop within our own organization, but extends to the impact created through our clients, networks, and societal role.
This commitment is public and has been approved by Fabrik’s management team. The management team is responsible for its implementation, monitoring, and continuous development as part of the company’s strategy, operating principles, and everyday decision-making.

Our commitment to human rights
Impact Agency Fabrik is committed to respecting human rights in all of its operations. We believe that responsible business requires an active role in safeguarding people’s rights across our own operations, client work, partnerships, and societal impact.
Our commitment guides our decision-making, ways of working, and collaboration with stakeholders. We do not accept human rights violations in any form, and we strive to identify, prevent, and mitigate any potential negative impacts arising from our activities.
We are committed to respecting and promoting the following internationally recognized principles and frameworks:
- The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
- The international human rights framework, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the rights derived from it
- The ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
In practice, this means that we respect the inherent dignity and equal rights of all people. We are committed to fundamental labor rights, including non-discrimination, the prohibition of forced and child labor, and respect for freedom of association. We integrate a human rights perspective into our policies, processes, and daily work, and continuously develop our operations as part of our broader sustainability efforts.
This commitment is public and has been approved by Fabrik’s management team. The management team is responsible for its implementation, monitoring, and continuous development as part of the company’s operations.
Partner selection
Our operations were audited by a third party in 2023 as part of the B Corp certification process. As part of the certification, which is renewed every three years, the potentially high-risk aspects of our operations were also assessed. As a consulting company, we create our greatest positive impact through our clients, and for this reason client work and client selection are also important elements of this Code of Conduct.
We have established the principle that we are willing to work with any company whose genuine intention is to conduct an honest review of its business operations and commit to improving its impacts. For example, we may help a company complete the B Impact Assessment, identify the material sustainability topics within its business, and create an action plan with goals and metrics from the perspective of sustainable business.
From the perspective of communications and marketing, however, we apply a different standard when selecting partners. We are not willing to use our creative expertise to promote products or services that have a significant negative impact. In addition to our clients, we carefully evaluate all of our partners and require them to operate ethically, responsibly, and with respect for human rights.
Policy on political engagement
Fabrik maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of bribery and corruption for all employees and owners.
Impact Agency Fabrik does not make political donations, sponsorships, or provide any other financial support to political actors or campaigns.
Fabrik participates in public discussion to promote responsible business practices and to strengthen sustainability and justice. Our advocacy is based on open expertise, research- and evidence-based knowledge, and transparent communication.
Fabrik is committed to the B Corp movement and may participate in communications and events aligned with its objectives, including as a supporting partner.
Fabrik may undertake pro bono work when the opportunity has been publicly announced and open for application. Fabrik communicates openly about the selections made and the key outcomes of the work. A pro bono partner may not be a political party. Decisions regarding this type of collaboration are always made by the company’s owners and communicated to the board of directors.
This policy does not in itself restrict client relationships. Fabrik evaluates clients on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the impact of the work, independence, and any potential conflicts of interest.
Fabrik’s ethical guidelines, including this policy, are reviewed annually by the company’s board as part of risk assessment, governance, and oversight processes.
